I figured it was time for an update here! Organization for ArchCon is going ahead at full steam now, Ricardo is working on ensuring our classrooms are booked, and I’m getting t-shirts printed. Several of the pages on this site have been updated to help you plan your trip to Canada’s largest city.

Ricardo and I are doing the bulk of the organizing (plus many thanks to Matt for creating the talk schedule!). Now is a great time to volunteer to help out once the conference has started. At the moment, We’re really looking for someone who would be willing to stream, or at least, record the talks, if you have the equipment (even a webcam would be better than nothing) and knowledge.

We’ll also be looking for help with registration, distributing schwag and schedules, and telling people where they need to go next. I’m sure there’s tons of other things that will need doing, as well, so if you have any ideas for how to help out, let me know!
